History:
The construction of the Presidential Complex began in 2014 and was completed in 2014. It was officially inaugurated on October 29, 2014, coinciding with the 91st anniversary of the Republic of Turkey. The complex was built to replace the former Çankaya Palace, which had been the official residence of Turkish presidents since 1944.

Architecture:
The Presidential Complex is an impressive architectural masterpiece designed by the renowned Turkish architect, Mimar Kaya Kıran. It covers a vast area of approximately 300,000 square meters and consists of multiple buildings, including the main presidential residence, offices, conference halls, and guest accommodations. The complex is characterized by its modern and minimalist design, combining elements of traditional Turkish architecture with contemporary aesthetics.

Visiting the Presidential Complex:
Visitors are not allowed to enter the main presidential residence or the working areas of the complex, as it is the official seat of the President of Turkey. However, there are several areas within the complex that are open to the public. These include the Atatürk Memorial, a museum dedicated to the founder of modern Turkey, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and the Peace Park, a beautifully landscaped area with walking paths and gardens.

Tips for Visitors:
1. The Presidential Complex is a highly secure area, so it is important to follow all security protocols and instructions from the staff during your visit.
2. Photography is strictly prohibited inside the complex.
3. It is advisable to check the visiting hours and any special restrictions before planning your visit, as certain areas may occasionally be closed for official events.
